The Role As a Team Leader (Complex) it will be your duty to oversee the day to day running of the service.
This will include supporting the staff team and the people supported.
They are looking for male candidates who : Have obtained a NVQ Level 3 in health and social care or are willing to work towards this qualification.
Have a minimum 2 years experience supported living.
Can drive a manual car.
Ideally has experience of supporting people with complex challenging behaviour, autism and ADHD.
There may be a requirement to cover sleep in sessions.
You will be paid an additional £60 per sleep in.
As a Team Leader you will be required to be part of the On Call rota for the service.
You will be paid an additional £10 per session.
