The Role As a Team Leader it will be your duty to oversee the day to day running of the service.
This will include supporting the staff team and the people supported.
They are looking for candidates who have obtained a NVQ Level 3 in health and social care or are willing to work towards this qualification.
Use of a vehicle is essential.
Registration with Social Care Wales is required within 6 months of starting this role.
As a Team Leader you will be required to be part of the On Call rota for the service.
You will be paid an additional £10 per session.
They operate a range of Supported Living services in Conwy, Denbighshire and Wrexham.
Their services provide person-centred, responsive support for the people they support in their own homes.
Support is available 24 hours a day.
Their staff work closely with local GPs, psychologist, psychiatrists, speech and language therapists and community / learning disability nurses where relevant.
This ensures support is tailored to the people they support.
North Wales provides support at a range of properties.
Each person has their own bedroom which they can decorate as they choose.
