We're looking for two Team Leaders to join our team: one for our Packet Investigations team and one for our Script Investigations team.
Both roles are crucial to ensuring that all examination packages and results are delivered accurately and on time.
What will I be doing?
Recruit, lead, train, and mentor seasonal and permanent staff.
Build strong relationships with internal teams and external customers.
Leading the team in consistently delivering a best-in-class service that meets our customers' needs.
Support the Reconciliation Manager by providing timely and accurate updates on the Script and Packet Investigations Process, highlighting performance against milestones and KPI's, and identifying and recommending actions as appropriate.
To support in the monitoring and management of performance of the team against agreed service and performance standards setting KPIs, ensuring quality is maintained and schedules are met.

What will I need to Succeed?
Experience with Power BI and Office 365 Proven ability to supervise and mentor teams.
The ability to manage large amounts of data and ensure all processes are handled accurately and efficiently.
