We are seeking a skilled Production Team Leader to oversee a dedicated team in a fast-paced industrial workwear division.
This role is ideal for someone with a hands-on approach to leadership, focused on driving excellence in team performance and customer satisfaction.
Location:  Cheltenham  Employment Type:   Full-Time Monday-Friday  Hours:   40 Hours per week Salary:   Circa £30,000 Holiday entitlement:  20 days + Bank holidays Role Overview: The Production Team Leader will lead, train, and motivate a team to meet key performance targets, ensuring top-tier quality control and customer satisfaction.
This role involves managing daily operations, tracking KPIs, and achieving budgetary goals while maintaining a safe, hygienic work environment.
The Production Team Leader will report to the Production Manager and may deputise for both the PM and Operations Manager as needed, offering valuable exposure to broader operational management.
