The Team Leader is responsible for the recruitment, training, management and retention of a high performing team, whose success is measured through the quality of the accommodation and customer service provided to our service users.Managing a team of advisors to deliver contractually compliant, good quality accommodation for use by essential workers of the British Government.
The Team Lead supports the Team to develop and maintain the skill set required to ensure Landlord and Agents, who hold the obligation and rights to repair, understand and fulfil their obligations.Working from a central base, Basingstoke, with a dispersed national portfolio, the team are required to build and maintain excellent working relationships with suppliers and other stakeholders and gain expert knowledge of their regions, facilitating an efficient and customer focused approach to repairs and tenancy management.Role CriteriaThe successful candidate will have a proven track record of developing high performing teams, experience in delivering exceptional customer service and the confidence to make decisions independently to deliver positive outcomes.This is a busy role that requires a high level of organisation, resilience and co-ordination.
