Team Leader - Domiciliary Care

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Domiciliary Care Team Leader to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering high-quality care services and ensuring the well-being of our service users.
As a Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in conducting service user reviews, monitoring staff performance, and providing support to our office team.
Qualifications and Experience: NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification or working towards.
Proven experience in a domiciliary care setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and support staff members.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations governing domiciliary care services.
Flexibility to work weekends and participate in on-call duties as required.
