Team Lead- Euc

Role: EUC Team Lead
Location: Reigate, UK
Responsibilities:
• Manage the EUC team of up to 3x EUC engineers, who are responsible for all end-user computing platforms.

• Own, manage, administer platforms that support the end-user and IAM estate (Active Directory, Group Policy, SCCM, Okta Workforce, Remote Desktop Services, WSUS, WDS, AWS Workspaces, VMware Workspace ONE MDM, Windows Desktop, Office suite etc.)

• Proven record of 2nd and 3rd line technical support experience in a complex business environment.
