If you are looking to develop your skills and progress your career at Next, the Team Coach role could be for you!About the role:You will: Create training material which support new projects and operational improvements Be able to provide on the job training for new and existing employees on a variety of operational tasks and procedures.
Support key business changes e.g.
the launch of new processes, practises and operational improvements.
Corporate induction and warehouse tours to all new employees to NDL ensuring they have a full understanding of the Next branding, policies and benefits, the layout of the site and key Health and Safety information.
Use observational feedback and performance data to provide coaching and feedback to trainees to maximise performance.
Collate data to evaluate the effectiveness of training and coaching delivered We will offer you: Dedicated group and 1-1 training with support and guidance from the coaching team.
Courses and development session will be offered throughout your 6 month training program Lets Take It On:You will: Have a strong operational knowledge and have previous experience within a customer service environment.
(Preferred but not essential) Support the change process and sell projects positively both within a classroom environment and on an individual basis Demonstrate confidence in delivering information to an audience Be PC literate in G-Suite, Oracle and MAS and have a good verbal and written communication skills Work independently or proactive within a team.
