Fab role working for a boutique financial services firm based in Green Park!
We are looking for a bright, organised and enthusiastic Team Assistant to support a brilliant Partner and some of the senior leadership team.
Established only in 2016, the company are going through big growth, whilst continuing to pride themselves on embracing individuality and taking the time to get to know one another.

As one of the Team Coordinators, you will be at the heart of the firm's business operations and activities, pushing the team forward by anticipating the needs of the Exec and the team by providing seamless operational and administrative support as well as liaising with clients as required.
Responsibilities will include: Complex diary management Ensure Senior Execs have all information needed to join meetings and visitsOrganising travel arrangements, researching flights, booking hotels and preparing itinerariesBeing the first point of contact - answering external and internal callsManage and organise meeting rooms and refreshmentsMeet and greet external clients and guests as they arrive in the officeSupport the Office Management team in managing service providers, office supplies and day-to-day running of the officeTake delivery of office equipment and distribute as requiredEnsure the employee kitchen is replenished and maintained  Manage meeting room calendars, process expenses, mailing, and filingWhat we are looking for: Ideally degree educated Professional and personable approach to dealing with people Experience of dealing with external clients Proactive and hands-on approach to all tasks Team player to share workload and cover for colleagues Attention to detail, independent thinker and problem-solverFast learner and adaptability Ability to communicate and coordinate with a diverse range of people and job functions Strong knowledge of IT software in particular Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
