What's the OpportunityWe are recruiting for a Receptionist / Team Administrator who will be an integral part of our Winchester office, the successful candidate will need a positive, 'can-do' attitude and enthusiastic to take pride in this key position.
You will be responsible for providing effective and efficient reception and administrative support.
We are keen to recruit someone who is looking for longevity in a role and experienced in providing high level customer service. What you need to do to be effective in this role• First point of contact for all visitors to the company, providing an exceptional standard of service with a positive attitude. • Answering the phone, transferring calls and taking messages if applicable• Taking ownership of the reception area ensuring it is presented in a clean and tidy manner• Ordering lunches and providing refreshments for events or meetings • Deal with all incoming and outgoing post, booking couriers, ordering business cards etc.• Petty Cash and support with credit card and expenses reconciliation• First Aider/Fire Warden – training will be provided• Scheduling reception rota for lunch cover• Effectively dealing with any office related questions/queries from colleagues and visitors to the office• Raising invoices and assisting with debt chasing, updating contact lists and directories• Attending team meetings and minute taking where necessary• Preparing presentations, printing and binding documents• Setting up jobs, arranging purchase orders, opening submissions and projects on Workspace• Arranging team socials• Assisting with fee letters, reports, formatting, typing for the team, assisting the team with expenses • Working closely with project leads to aid data entry for the team in our systems• Assist the Office Manager with various ad-hoc tasks to promote a positive culture and well-presented officeThe skills and experience you need to have for this role• Proficient knowledge and demonstrable experience with all MS Office suite-based software including Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams etc• Excellent communication skills & telephone manner• Well-presented with an exceptional friendly and professional approach• Good at problem solving with a 'get it done' attitude• Excellent time management skills• Naturally organised with a high attention to detail• Self-motivated, proactive team player who is dedicated to providing solid support.
