Job summary An exciting opportunity for a Team Administrator has arisen.
The main responsibilities of the role will be to provide full administrative support to the Managers within the Team.
Excellent communication skills are essential as well as the necessity to maintain confidentiality, have the ability to work to tight deadlines, use your initiative and carry out a multitude of tasks with limited supervision.
You must have the Right to Work in the UK in order to be successfully appointed to this role.
Please note, this role does not meet the required eligibility criteria for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker visa and therefore the Trust is unable to offer sponsorship for this particular role.
Main duties of the job To provide a comprehensive, confidential administrative support service to the team.To be aware of work priorities and needs of self and managers to ensure all required deadlines are met.To ensure continued professional development through accessing relevant training as agreed with line manager and the service requirements of the organisation.Responsible for the provision of an administrative service to the managers, ensuring that timely, accurate work is produced to deadline and work of a highly confidential, sensitive nature is handled with discretion, tact and compassion.

Person Specification Qualifications Essential Level 3 Qualification in relevant field or equivalent experience or willingness to work towards Level 3 qualification in Leadership and Management.
Key skills/functional skills in literacy and numeracy Level 2 OR O Level (Grade C and above/New GCSE in Maths and English (Grade 4 to 9) are an essential requirement to be fully competent in the role.
