Job summary An exciting opportunity has arisen for aTeam Administratorto work within theTrust Apprenticeship and Widening Participation Team.
The post will be based at Hollins Park Hospital and across the Merseycare NHS Foundation Trust footprint.
We are seeking an individual who is enthusiastic, compassionate, flexible and creative in their approach and can work alongside the team in delivering on Trust Organisational goals in the progression and integration of apprenticeship in all areas of the Trust.
Working with not only Organisational effectiveness and Learning but with teams and services across Merseycare.
Shortlisting planned for: 9 December 2024 Interview planned for: 19 December 2024 Main duties of the job The post holder will provide the team with administrative support.PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIESInput data onto computerised systems as necessary and produce and maintain data and statistics as required by the Team and management to team and personal email inbox correspondence with all staff in department to ensure systems and process are up to date and in line with OE&L or change appointments on behalf of the Team and ensure that relevant documentation is that efficient communications between the Team and other relevant agencies are maintained.Compose routine/non-routine documents when necessary.Maintain regular contact with the Team throughout the day when necessary.
Exercise independent judgement and initiative based on acquired knowledge if problems meetings and produce minutes and agendas.Establish good levels of communication/liaison with departments and other co-ordinate annual leave documentation with the Team and other full use of information technology and co-operative in the introduction of technological ability to work as a team member and be able to adhere to strict guidelines.Undertake general office duties that fall in line with a team operating both in person and and maintain tracking systems used by the team.

Person Specification Qualifications Essential Educated to Level 3 (BTEC, Apprenticeship) standard or equivalent administrative experience Proven competence in various Microsoft Office packages Microsoft Excel proficiencies IT skills Maths and English GCSE or Equivalent Desirable Obtained or studying Advanced MS Excel Knowledge Essential Previous team administration experience Work independently or part of a team Excellent communication skills Excellent interpersonal skills Excellent organisational skills Ability to exercise initiative Diary maintenance Organising meetings Desirable Knowledge of the Trust' Strategic Framework Minute Taking Experience Experience using ESR sytem Values Essential Continuous Improvement Accountability Respectfulness Enthusiasm Support High professional standards Responsive to service users Engaging leadership style Strong customer service belief Transparency and honesty Discreet Change oriented Skills Essential Ability to maintain confidentiality Organisational and time management skills Self motivated Drive and enthusiasm
