What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking to recruit a number ofTeaching Assistants to work with the pupils and students in our Lower and UpperSchools, to start ASAP.
Workingalongside teachers, therapists and other support staff, you will providesupport to groups and individuals.
You will help to improve their engagement inlearning, remove barriers to learning, improve attainment and promote theirself-confidence and emotional well-being.
StDominic's is able to offer an in-house training programme that allows TeachingAssistants to demonstrate key competencies in order to develop and improvepractice and work towards specialisms within the role as well as aspiring to arange of other career opportunities in different disciplines.
At St Dominic's,successful completion of the Teaching Assistant Competency Framework at Level 1and 2 is linked to pay.
