What skills and experience we're looking for
We havean excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join our supportive,creative and dynamic team as full time Level 3 Teaching Assistant.
The successfulapplicants will:
Be supportive of the Catholic ethosof our school.
Be required to provide academic,behavioural and social support for groups and individual children.
Have a good understanding of the NationalCurriculum.
Be enthusiastic and a goodcommunicator.
Have high standards of oral, writtenand numeracy skills.
Be committed to raising pupils'attainment, particularly in literacy and mathematics and have an understandingof intervention strategies applicable to Key Stage 1 and 2.
Experience of working within aCatholic school would be desirable but not essential.
Be committed to safeguarding andpromoting the wellbeing of all children.
