Job role Teaching assistant Visa sponsorship Visas cannot be sponsored Key stage Key stage 3, Key stage 4, Key stage 5 Working pattern Part time: 32.5 hours per week, Term Time Only + 5 additional training days Contract type Permanent Pay scale Level 1 points 2 - 3 - £20,481 - £20,802 pro rata What skills and experience we're looking for The successful candidate must have the skills and experience to enable students to become independent learners and make progress.
The successful candidate would support students with SEND in their lessons to ensure they meet their full potential.
The ability to share your expert knowledge and experience through training and CPD sessions for other teaching assistants and teachers is essential.
