SENDCO job summary SENCo Start date: April 2025 Salary: L5-8
We are seeking an excellent colleague to strategically lead on SEND and Alternative Provision through a Centre for Excellence where all children may grow and thrive.
You will be joining a school that has high expectations and high aspirations for all of our students.
Applications are welcome from both experienced SENCo's and someone who is currently a Deputy SENCo or an experienced teacher ready for the next step.
Potential for this role to develop and join the Leadership Team is an option.
Staff are engaged with professional development and are supported in exploring new ideas.
The successful candidate will be an excellent SEND practitioner or Teacher with a proven record of outstanding teaching with a strong commitment to inclusion and school improvement.
We invest heavily in CPD/ training and have fantastic links with other schools and professional organisations.
New ideas and approaches are welcomed with open arms and coaching is used to unlock potential.
We work very closely with our 'family' of partner schools and are currently the strategic lead for a unique teaching and learning project.
