The successful candidate will be working with a range of mainly KS1 SEND children with differing levels of high complex needs.
You should be able to adapt and modify materials and resources to meet their needs, so that they can access the curriculum whilst maintaining high aspirations for all children.
You will be able to promote the inclusion and acceptance of all pupils and deliver support and provision for specific pupils as directed by the teacher as part of their EHCP's and / or Behaviour plans.
The successful candidate will be a dedicated, energetic, enthusiastic and caring professional with the ability to inspire children.
The ability to work as part of a team and under your own initiative is important.
The successful candidate must be able to show excellent organisational and communication skills with children and colleagues.
Candidates must be able to show compassion, patience, trustworthiness and reliability.
