The Role As an HLTA with a special interest in inclusion and SEND, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our pupils' academic and emotional development.
Working closely with the SENDCo teaching staff and Pastoral team, you will implement effective strategies to ensure all pupils, especially those with IEPs and EHCPs, have access to high-quality education that leads to progress towards their targets using our small step tracking system.
