What skills and experience we're looking for
Weare looking for an Assistant SENDCO/HLTA who:
Has a proven ability to teach pupils with C&I needs effectively using dynamic& engaging techniques.
Has the ability to lead a provision in an effective way towards outstandingpractice Can share ideas for the adjustment of learning to enable pupils to access thelearning effectively.
