Job Advertisement: Teaching Support Apprenticeship Tutor Location: Swindon Employment Type: Permanent Salary:  £29,400 - £33,600 About the Role: We are seeking a motivated Teaching Support Apprenticeship Tutor to deliver training and assessment for apprentices pursuing qualifications such as Teaching Assistant Level 3 and Specialist Teaching Assistant Level 5.
You'll support learners through high-quality teaching, mentoring, and workplace observations to ensure timely and successful completion of their programmes.
You'll manage a caseload of learners, starting with 35 and growing to 45 after probation.
In this role, you'll provide both remote and on-site support, empowering learners to successfully complete their qualifications.
Key responsibilities include: Conducting skills reviews with apprentices and employers, identifying any training gaps.
Developing personalized training plans to address individual needs.
Delivering engaging, high-quality training, including functional skills, aligned with awarding body standards.
Performing workplace observations and maintaining accurate learner records.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver tailored training and support for apprentices in line with their individual needs.
Conduct workplace observations and assessments, providing feedback via an ePortfolio system.
Support learners with English, Maths, and other key training topics such as safeguarding and British Values.
Coordinate with employers to ensure a smooth apprenticeship process.
Maintain accurate records and support learners through Gateway and End Point Assessments.
About You: We are looking for someone with: A relevant Level 5 qualification or 2+ years' experience as a teacher or teaching assistant.
Strong IT skills and the ability to motivate learners.
A full driving license and willingness to travel.
