The Role You will have the opportunity to work closely with the SENDCo and Class Teacher to support small groups and single pupils with their educational and social needs. The Head Teacher is looking for a candidate who is creative and flexible, someone who can communicate clearly with students and adapt lessons to meet their individual needs. You will be expected to: Work collaboratively with the class teacher to assess development.
Have high expectations for the individual to succeed.
Create a stimulating and purposeful environment Be flexible and adapt activities based on the pupils' needs and emotional feelings. Communicate with other staff members and family members too.
