We have a fantastic opportunity for an SEN Support Assistant to join a dedicated primary SEND school in Surrey.

Responsibilities: Offer tailored, one-on-one support to students with SEN, helping them develop academically and personally.
Collaborate with teachers to follow and adapt Individual Education Plans (IEPs) to meet each child's needs.
Cultivate a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports social and emotional development.
Actively participate in class activities, ensuring every student is engaged and supported.
Provide regular updates to families and carers, sharing progress and celebrating milestones.
What We're Looking For: Prior experience with SEN students is advantageous, but we value dedication, patience, and a compassionate approach above all.
Ability to adapt to different learning needs and employ creative support strategies.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit to work well with both staff and families.
A driver's license and access to a car are beneficial but not essential for the location in Surrey.
