Job Description We currently have a vacancy for a SEN Teaching Assistant at our partnered school that provides outstanding education for children with Severe and Profound Learning Difficulties, Complex Needs, Autism and Sensory Impairments.
\n The ideal candidate must be ready to show interest in the children from the get-go.
You must have resilience whilst dealing with a variety of Learning Difficulties and be adaptable to the challenges it faces.
Our partnered school prides itself on using every opportunity to upskill and stimulate the children, therefore the ideal candidate must use their own initiative to find new and exciting ways to assist the children with their development.The school uses a positive behaviour approach to assist the children, therefore the ideal candidate must bring a possitive attitude and be suppportive of the childrens play skills and social interaction.
\n The school is based across 3 sites ranging from Infants to Sixth Form.
You will be working on a 1:1 or 2:1 basis with the children dependant on the class setting.
