We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our dynamic team and support our students in reaching their full potential.As a Teaching Assistant at Sir John Nelthorpe School, you will play a crucial role in supporting teachers and enhancing the educational experience of our pupils.
Your primary responsibility will be to assist in the delivery of engaging lessons, provide one-on-one support to pupils, and contribute to the overall positive atmosphere of the school. Whilst previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar educational role is preferred it is not essential however you should have a genuine passion for working with young people and helping them succeed.You will need:excellent communication and interpersonal skillsthe ability to work effectively as part of a teampatience, empathy, and a positive attitudeYou will have a good standard of general education including Maths and English at Level 2 (GCSE grade C or higher or equivalent) and will have achieved a recognised teaching assistant qualification at Level 2 or equivalent or be willing to undertake training.In return we will provide a supportive and friendly working environment with excellent opportunities for professional development and training and most importantly the chance to make a real difference in the lives of young people.If you have the range of skills and experience required for this post please complete the standard North Lincolnshire application form and send to the school by email to by Monday 3rd February at 9:00am.
