Spring Lane School is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 1 Teaching Assistant to join our team.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a supportive and dynamic Secondary Pupil Referral Unit, helping engage young people in their learning journey and shaping their futures.

Key Responsibilities: Provide classroom support to students and teachers.
Assist with the delivery of lessons and learning activities.
Offer individual and small group support to students.
Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Help monitor student progress and provide feedback.
Collaborate with SENCo, teachers and other support staff to meet students' needs, including EHCP Targets.
Requirements: Passion for working with young people and supporting their learning.
Experience and understanding of pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Patience and understanding when working with students who may need additional support.
A proactive and adaptable approach to work.

The post is 32.5 hours per week term time plus 5 PAD days.
