Teaching Assistant (20 hours) We are a friendly Primary School with committed staff and enthusiastic pupils, seeking to employ an experienced Teaching Assistant.We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expect the same commitment from all staff and volunteers.The successful candidate will: - 1.
Be enthusiastic and dedicated to working as part of our school team. 2.
Have a friendly, calm and caring attitude. 3.
Assis in the supervision of pupils at play.4.
Be able to support the pupil's social and emotional needs. 5.
Shares with teacher/colleagues issues of concern and positive feedback about the pupils welfare and achievements6.
Have an interest in their own professional development.7.
Have experience of supporting pupils with challenging behaviour.
