About You: To be considered for this role, you should have: Level 3 Teaching Assistant Qualification: Essential for this role.

Strong Communication Skills: Ability to quickly build rapport with students and colleagues, supporting positive relationships.
DBS Check and References: Ability to provide suitable references and pass a DBS check.
