The settings main focus is to help it's pupils in their social, emotional and behavioural development while promoting an inclusive and encouraging environment.
The school is looking for a compassionate individual to take on this role.
The successful 1:1 Teaching Assistant / TA will have a good level of experience working in Primary settings and supporting children with additional needs, and have the ability to adapt and develop their skillset.
They will be able to meet the individual needs of the child in their care and ensure that they're supported, safe and secure within their learning environment.
The position will involve working with students across all Key Stages with diagnosis of Autism / ASD, SLD / Severe Learning Difficulties, and challenging behaviours.
A proactive thinker with the ability to take control of situations confidently is necessary, the successful applicant would also need a compassionate and resilient nature.
