LTF Recruitment is searching for a caring and nurturing teaching assistant to join our two-form entry, Ofsted-rated Good school in Bedworth.
The Role: You will support the teaching and learning of a Key Stage Two class alongside the teacher.
This includes assisting the whole class and providing tailored support to learners with SEMH and SEN needs.
The children require a teaching assistant who can combine emotional sensitivity with firm expectations and boundaries.
The School: Rated 'Good' by OFSTED.

The Ideal Candidate: Experience supporting pupils with complex SEMH and SEN needs.
Level 2 or 3 qualified and/or a minimum of 12 months' experience in an educational setting.
Strong behaviour management techniques.
Skilled in 1:1 student support.
Knowledge of the UK primary curriculum.
Calm, patient, and caring with excellent communication skills.
A good understanding of safeguarding and child protection guidelines.
