What You'll Be Doing Supporting pupils' learning in group settings or one-on-one to meet their individual needs.
Encouraging inclusion, self-esteem, and positive behavior development.
Assisting with physical or personal care needs, as required.
Supporting teachers with lesson delivery and classroom management.
Contributing to the delivery of English, Mathematics, and other National Curriculum subjects.
Assisting with the organization and maintenance of classroom equipment and teaching aids.
