Responsibilities - Teaching Assistant: Assist classroom teachers in delivering engaging lessons and activities. Provide one-on-one support to students, fostering their academic and personal growth.The Teaching Assistant must be able to assist with classroom management and ensuring a safe learning environment. The Teaching Assistant must assess student progress and provide feedback to teachers.Requirements - Teaching Assistant: Good knowledge of Key Stage 1 and 2.Minimum of 6 months experience as a Teaching Assistant in a UK-based educational setting is essential.Level 2 Teaching Assistant Qualification is desirable.Verifiable references from previous employers or placements.Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for education and supporting the learning journey of students.Why Step Teachers?
