The Heene CE Primary School is a school in the heart of Worthing with a new leadership team, dedicated staff, supportive families and children eager to learn and be inspired.
We are looking for a teaching assistant to work across our primary school, supporting groups and individuals where needed.

The Senior leadership are looking for someone who:*Has good communication and interpersonal skills.
*Is committed to school improvement and the school vision, putting kindness at the heart of everything they do.
*Has high expectations of pupil achievement, supporting groups of children as well as individuals with specific needs, as directed.
*Has a therapeutic approach to behaviour management with high expectations for all.

*Is a little bit firm but kind.
*Is helpful and listens to them.
