Teaching Personnel is currently seeking a Teaching Assistant to work full-time in schools across Scunthorpe.
Role Details: Location: Scunthorpe Position: Teaching Assistant Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 15:30 Pay Rate: £85 - £100 per day (depending on experience) Key Responsibilities: Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons and providing one-on-one assistance to students.
Work with small groups or individual students, helping with literacy, numeracy, and other subjects.
Provide targeted support for pupils with additional needs, ensuring they can access the curriculum effectively.
Help manage classroom behaviour and encourage a positive learning environment.
Collaborate with teachers and staff to meet the educational and emotional needs of all students.
