Your Responsibilities: Provide 1:1 and group support to students, including those with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
Assist with lessons in English, Maths, and other subjects as directed by the class teacher.
Keep detailed records to track student progress and performance.
Collaborate with teachers, SENCOs, and other staff to create a nurturing learning environment.
