Flourish Education are recruiting a SEND Teaching Assistant to work in a Primary school located in Leamington Spa.
The school aims to develop children who are supported in a exciting learning community.
The school is looking for a long term dedicated and passionate SEND Teaching Assistant to join their team and provide support to students in KS1 and KS2.
The children have a range of complex needs.
The role will include providing one-to-one support and working in small groups.
Our client is looking for someone to join their team after the October half term on a full-time basis and ongoing for the right person.
Required Skills and Experience for this SEND Teaching Assistant role: Teaching Assistant Level 3 Qualification Ability to liaise with the class teacher, SENDCO, and other agencies to meet the needs of the pupils.
Build effective relationships with pupils and staff.
Experience supporting children with SEND and SEMH.
Experience within UK primary schools.
Effectively manage the behaviour and engagement of the children.
Deliver interventions Working as a Teaching Assistant for SEND Flourish Education you will receive excellent benefits including: A competitive salary of £85.02-£95 per day which equates to £16,578.9 - £18,525 based on working 5 day a week for the full school year.
