We are currently seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our team in Monmouthshire.
This role involves working with students aged 11-16, offering both one-on-one support and small group assistance.
You will also work with students who may have additional learning needs (ALN), including conditions such as ASD, ADHD, BESD, and SEMH.
This is a challenging yet fulfilling role, and we're looking for candidates who are comfortable, adaptable, and resilient.
Prior experience in a similar setting is an advantage but not essential.
Key Responsibilities: Provide individualized support to students and work closely with small groups.
Assist students with various additional learning needs.
Communicate effectively with children and staff, contributing positively to the team.
Support the class teacher with daily tasks and ensure a nurturing environment for students.
The ideal candidate will be compassionate, caring, and dedicated to fostering a positive and supportive learning environment.
