A friendly and welcoming school in North Somerset is looking for an experienced teaching assistant to join them ASAP on an ongoing basis.

The role is to support a child in year 4 with SEMH needs..
Your main duties will include: carrying out interventions including phonics, supporting children on a 1:1 basis, covering lunch time duties and supporting the class teacher with delivering lessons. The successful candidate will have: Have previous experience of working with children, Previous experience of working as a teaching assistant is desirable but not essential, Be passionate and enthusiastic to work with pupils within the school and enhance their learning.
Must have experience of working with pupils and will have had experience of working within the education sector and with multi-agencies.
Will be proactive and eager to carry out responsibilities.
