This is a long-term position, offering the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of students with special educational needs.
Key Responsibilities: Provide one-on-one and group support to students with autism.
Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
Support the class teacher in creating a safe and engaging learning environment.
Help students with their academic, social, and emotional development.
Use specialized strategies and tools to support students' learning and communication needs.
Monitor and record students' progress and provide feedback to teachers and parents.
Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere within the classroom.Requirements: Previous experience working with children with autism or other special educational needs.
A patient, empathetic, and understanding approach.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
