A friendly and supportive school in Havant is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join their team immediately.
In this role, you will assist students in their day-to-day learning, helping to foster a positive and engaging environment.
Responsibilities of the Teaching Assistant: Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons by preparing materials and assisting with classroom activities.
Work with students one-on-one or in small groups to provide individualised learning support.
Assist in maintaining a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Monitor student progress and report observations to the teaching team.
Requirements of the Teaching Assistant: Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role is beneficial but not essential.
Hold a bachelor's degree in education or a related field.
Be proactive, energetic, kind and caring towards students.
A fully checkable work history.
Flexibility to adapt to various teaching styles and environments.
