About the role: As a Teaching Assistant , you will play a crucial role in fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment, ensuring that every child can thrive.
Responsibilities of the Teaching Assistant: Support class teachers in daily classroom activities and lesson delivery.
Work with students individually or in small groups to reinforce learning.
Provide emotional and behavioural support, ensuring a safe learning environment.
Assist with lesson planning and the preparation of learning materials.
Monitor and report on student progress and provide feedback to teachers.
Requirements of the Teaching Assistant: Hold a bachelor's degree in education or a related field.
Be proactive, energetic, kind, and caring towards students.
A fully checkable work history.
Flexibility to adapt to various teaching styles and environments.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Prior experience in a teaching assistant role is beneficial.
Have an updated CV and an enhanced DBS registered to the update service (or be willing to apply for one).
