This role is perfect for someone eager to take on a key responsibility in delivering phonics interventions and supporting student growth.
What We're Looking For: A Level 3 qualified TA with proven experience in the classroom.
RWI trained and ready to lead phonics interventions, helping students achieve vital literacy milestones.
A strong communicator and team player , ready to collaborate with teachers, parents, and students.
What You'll Do: Deliver engaging and targeted phonics interventions to boost literacy skills using your RWI expertise .
Provide one-on-one and group support to students, helping them succeed academically and emotionally.
Assist in creating and implementing IEPs , supporting students with diverse learning needs.
Work closely with the teacher to develop dynamic, engaging lessons that cater to all students.
