About the role: GSL Education Lincolnshire is currently seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming school in Spilsby .
We are looking for an enthusiastic and nurturing individual to support classroom learning, foster student engagement, and contribute to a positive educational experience.
Teaching Assistant Role: The successful Teaching Assistant will be an essential part of a supportive team, working closely with both teachers and students to help every learner reach their potential.
The successful candidate will: Provide in-class support, assisting the teacher in delivering engaging lessons.
Work with students in small groups or one-on-one to reinforce learning.
Assist in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Support students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) where required.
Promote students' social and emotional well-being.
