Teaching Assistant Location: Derby, Derbyshire Salary: £95 - £105 per day Role Type: Full Time, Long Term to Permanent Start Date: Asap Unlimited Access to CPD | Permanent Opportunities | Competitive Rates of Pay Long Term Futures are working with a number of secondary schools across Derby and Derbyshire to appoint Teaching Assistants to play a vital role in supporting learners, enhancing their academic and personal development.
We have positions available in a number of areas, covering the whole of Derby & Derbyshire.
Role Responsibilities: Actively support students with special educational needs to access and engage with learning Deliver personalised 1-1 and small group support Monitor and facilitate the progress of students, nurturing their social, emotional and academic development Facilitate inclusion by encouraging participation with learningRequirements: A relevant qualification or degree is desirable Experience of working within a secondary education setting is desirable Experience of working with children/young people with special educational needs An Enhanced DBS and two references are a requirement for this role Long Term Futures specialise in the long term to permanent recruitment of staff in education settings.
