The Opportunity: We're looking for an interactive Teaching Assistant to join this team.
This is a full-time, term-time-only, permanent position.
As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in helping students overcome learning challenges and realise their full potential in every lesson.
Key Responsibilities: Support learning and teaching across the curriculum, from primary to secondary school.
Collaborate with teachers to plan, prepare, and deliver tailored learning activities for individuals, groups, or entire classes.
Provide personalised learning support within our student-centred philosophy.
Motivate and guide students in developing their attributes, skills, and knowledge.
Build positive and responsive relationships with students, addressing their unique needs.

You Will: Have recent experience as a Teaching Assistant or a similar role, or possess relevant life experience and a genuine enthusiasm for working with students aged 7+.

Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills.
