The Role of a Teaching Assistant As a Teaching Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in supporting students' learning across Key Stages 3 and 4.
You'll work closely with teachers to assist in delivering lessons, provide one-on-one or small group support, and help create a positive, inclusive classroom environment.
