Teaching Assistant

Teaching Assistant U-Educate are currently looking for Teaching Assistants for schools-based in the Coventry, CV4 area.
We work with both primary and secondary schools in this area and have different roles available from day-to-day and also short/long term placements.
  For teaching assistant roles we will require you to have experience in this type of role from 1:1 mentoring/ support etc..
Your responsibilities will include: Supervision of students on a 1:1 or small group basis Provide additional learning support as identified Engage, motivate and encourage students to complete work set Make sure all students are focused and on track to meet their lesson objectives Support the class teacher to manage classroom behaviour Provide feedback to the classroom teacher on student's progress and development   Requirements Previous teaching assistant experience Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant Qualification Ability to pass an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check to work with children Up to date Safeguarding Training (You can undertake a free course with U-educate if you have not got a safeguarding certificate dated within the last 12 months)   I am very keen to speak with candidates who are interested in this role and feel that they meet the requirements stated above.
