Teaching Assistant - Rochester Are you passionate about helping young learners thrive in a school setting?
We're seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to support schools in the Rochester area.

Key Responsibilities: Assist teachers in classroom activities and provide vital support to students across various subjects.
Work with small groups or individual students, offering personalized assistance to meet their learning needs.

Support students with Special Educational Needs (SEND) to ensure inclusion and active engagement.
Aid in the preparation of learning materials and classroom resources.
Provide feedback to teachers on student progress and help identify areas for development.

Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
Flexibility to assist across different subjects and age groups.
Experience in a school environment (preferred but not required).
An enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
