\n Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our team.
The successful candidate will work closely with teachers to support the learning and development of students in a primary school setting.
This role involves working with children on a one-to-one basis, in small groups, and assisting with classroom activities.
\n Key Responsibilities: \n \n Supporting the teacher in the delivery of the curriculum \n Assisting with the preparation of learning materials \n Providing one-to-one and small group support to students \n Helping to manage classroom behavior \n Supporting students with special educational needs \n Assisting with the assessment and recording of student progress \n Participating in school events and activities \n \n Requirements: \n \n Previous experience working with children, preferably in a school setting \n A relevant qualification would be beneficial (e.g., CACHE Level 2 or 3, NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning) \n Strong communication and interpersonal skills \n Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude \n Ability to work effectively as part of a team \n A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children \n \n Benefits: \n \n Competitive salary \n Professional development opportunities \n Supportive and friendly working environment \n Opportunities to make a real difference in the lives of young children \n \n #AWSSUPP
