About the Role: As a Teaching Assistant , you will play a key role in supporting students with their academic and personal development, helping to create an engaging and inclusive learning environment.
Teaching Assistant (TA) Key Responsibilities: Provide one-on-one or small group support to students, ensuring their individual needs are met.
Assist teachers in preparing and delivering engaging lessons.
Encourage student participation and foster a positive classroom atmosphere.
Monitor and document student progress, sharing insights with the teaching team.
Support students during transitions, break times, and extracurricular activities.
What We're Looking For: Experience in a similar role or a passion for working with children.
A proactive and flexible approach to meeting the needs of students.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
An understanding of the importance of inclusivity and diversity in education.

Have an enhanced DBS certificate registered on the update service or be willing to apply for a new one through GSL Education.
