Who We're Looking For: Qualified Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistants with a proven track record of supporting learning.
Passionate individuals who can adapt to different schools and confidently assist in delivering engaging lessons.
Experience working with children with SEN, EAL, or behavioural challenges is highly desirable.
Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive, can-do attitude.
